What does the monthly office plant rental fee include?
Two predictable monthly lines: the rental of the plants and vessels, and full maintenance — scheduled visits, watering, pruning, feeding, pest checks, and free replacements when a plant declines. There are no separate invoices for care.
Is there an upfront cost?
There's a one-time initial installation covering design, delivery, and setup of your whole program — far smaller than buying every plant and vessel outright. After that, you're on the predictable monthly fee. There's no large day-one purchase.
Is there a minimum term?
Rental runs on a 24-month minimum, then continues month to month for as long as it's working for you — no forced renewal or end-date decision. It's designed for larger offices, typically 40–50 plants or more.
Will my monthly cost stay the same?
Your plant-and-vessel rental line stays flat for the life of the rental. The maintenance line adjusts annually in line with our standard service terms — the same care every purchase client gets.
What if a plant doesn't survive?
Any plant that declines is replaced at no extra cost. The plants stay ours, so their health is our problem, not yours — you'll never have a brown plant in your office.
Can we buy the plants later?
Yes. After the 24-month minimum you can buy your plants outright, and we credit 100% of your initial installation toward the purchase. Maintenance simply continues if you'd like to keep it.
Do you service multi-floor offices in Toronto?
Yes. We run plant programs across entire buildings — including an 11-floor program for Shopify and 8 WeWork locations across Toronto. Rental is built for exactly this kind of larger, multi-floor office.
Is renting cheaper than buying office plants?
Month to month, rental costs more than a maintenance-only plan because the plants and vessels are included. Against buying everything outright, it replaces a large one-time purchase with a predictable monthly cost — and the plants stay our responsibility, not an asset on your books.
