Dracaena fragrans 'Compacta' is the compact cousin of standard Janet Craig — dense, tightly packed rosettes of dark green leaves on thick canes, rarely growing past 90cm (3 ft), where standard Janet Craig runs 1.2–1.8 metres (4–6 ft) with broader, more open foliage. Benji's plants it in multi-cane groupings at staggered heights, giving a fuller, bushier silhouette than any other dracaena in the lineup.
