A Real Benji's Project

A ceiling planter for Adyen's Toronto office

Greenery where live plants couldn't go: overhead, under the lights, out of reach of any watering can.

We look after the live plants across Adyen's Toronto office. Their café has a planter built into the ceiling, right above the kitchen island: too high to water and far from the windows, so live plants would struggle there. We filled it with artificial greenery instead, so the whole office reads as one design.

  • Layers of trailing greenery, palms, succulents and small white flowers
  • Arranged to spill over the edge and look full from every seat
  • Nothing to water, which matters when it hangs over everyone's heads
Efficient, creative, and always quick to respond — their attention to detail is amazing.

Built for Commercial Spaces

Realistic, low-upkeep, and ready for your building

What you can count on, from the first look to the building's sign-off.

Looks real from across the room

We choose every piece for realism. The shiny, obviously fake look most people picture is exactly what we avoid.

Goes where live plants can't

Ceilings and high ledges, windowless rooms, server rooms, drafty entrances: anywhere a live plant would struggle or can't be reached.

Fits the space, at any scale

Custom layouts for a single planter by reception, a full floor, or a planter built into the ceiling.

Zero upkeep

No watering, no feeding, no replacements. A light dusting keeps them fresh.

Fire-rated, with the paperwork

Many Vancouver buildings require décor to be fire-rated. Our pieces are certified to CAN/ULC-S109, and we hand the certificate to your property manager before install.

UV-protected by the windows

Direct sun fades unprotected greenery. Pieces for window lines are UV-protected, so the colour holds.

We Do Both

Artificial or live? We'll tell you where each one belongs

Live plants are where we started, so we have no reason to push one over the other. Most spaces end up with a mix.

Artificial works best

  • Rooms with little or no natural light
  • Ceilings, high shelves and hard-to-reach ledges
  • Entrances and lobbies with cold drafts
  • Server rooms, storage and back rooms
  • Anywhere no one can commit to regular care

Live plants work best

  • Bright spots near windows
  • Desks, lounges and meeting rooms where people spend the day
  • Spaces where you want something living and growing
  • Offices that want regular care, which we handle, with free replacements

1

Tell us about the space

Send us floor plans, drawings or a few photos, and tell us what the space should feel like. Or we come and see it.

2

Design and proposal

You get a layout, a plant palette and a planter selection, with fire-rated and UV-protected pieces wherever the space needs them.

3

Approval and paperwork

You approve every piece before anything is ordered, and your property manager gets the fire certificate before install.

4

Installation

Our own team delivers, installs and places every piece.

5

Optional refresh visits

If you'd like, we come back to dust, rearrange and keep everything looking its best.

Good to Know

Frequently asked questions

Will artificial plants pass our building's fire code?

Many Vancouver buildings require décor to be fire-rated. We use pieces certified to CAN/ULC-S109, the Canadian flame-resistance standard, and we hand the certificate to your property manager before installation.

Will they fade near windows?

Not the ones we put there. For sunny spots and window lines we use UV-protected pieces, so the colour holds instead of bleaching over time.

Can you work from our drawings or design intent?

Yes. Send us floor plans, renderings or your finishes and we'll build the plant layout around them. You approve the design, and every piece, before anything is ordered.

Do you supply the planters?

We do. We source planters and vessels that match your interiors, so the result looks designed, not bought off a shelf.

Do artificial plants need any maintenance?

Very little. A light dusting every few weeks, which your cleaning staff can handle. If you'd rather not think about it, we offer optional refresh visits to clean and rearrange.

Can you mix artificial and live plants?

Yes, and we often recommend it: live plants where the light is good, artificial where it isn't. We do both, so the whole space reads as one design.
