This role is about keeping all of that running smoothly. Routes. People. Plants. Clients. As Head of Operations, you're the person who makes sure the details align, the team is supported, and the quality stays high — day in and day out.
It's remote-first, but hands-on in spirit. You'll keep the field humming from behind the scenes while staying connected to the work itself through site visits and team meetings.

What you'll do
- Own the entire end-to-end delivery of our primary service — recurring tropical plant maintenance. This includes planning and adjusting technician routes each week, ensuring the work is done well and clients are happy.
- Lead and manage the technician team — supporting their expectations, careers, and compensation.
- Support new sales, including site walk-throughs, quoting, and design oversight.
- Visit client sites occasionally for new installs, and existing sites for troubleshooting and quality control.

Pay & schedule
- 9-month contract to start, with the opportunity for full-time after.
